Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a leading multinational manufacturing company in Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Simpang Ampat, Penang. We seek a highly analytical Production Planner & LMW Compliance Coordinator to develop schedules, secure material availability, and manage LMW reporting.

The role combines production planning with inventory control and strict customs compliance, requiring 3–5 years in manufacturing, experience with M3 ERP, and familiarity with Power BI for reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, business or related field.
3–5 years of production planning, materials planning or inventory management experience in manufacturing.
Experience with ERP systems (M3 preferred) and LMW/trade compliance is a plus.
Proficiency in BI/reporting tools such as Power BI is desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand and delivery commitments.
Monitor material availability, capacity constraints, and inventory trends.
Coordinate production priorities with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality and Customer Service teams.
Monitor inventory accuracy and reconcile ERP transactions; coordinate cycle counts.
Coordinate and prepare LMW reporting and customs-related submissions; maintain related records.
