Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Malaysia is seeking a Planner II to develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand, ensuring timely shipments and managing work orders through completion. The role requires close collaboration with CBO and ECO/CCB processes to mitigate risks and maintain KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science / mathematics / Materials / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration / Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to multitask; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish production build and completion plan per customer demand.
• Track and monitor production progress and update build status.
• Coordinate with CBO on crating times and ensure on-time shipments.
• Release and close work orders upon manufacturing completion.
• Collaborate with materials team to expedite critical parts and manage risks.
• Update OPS KPI such as OTD, WIP inventory, and shipment risk mitigation.
