Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant planning/production experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand.
• Monitor build progress and update production plans.
• Coordinate with CBO on crating times and shipments.
• Release WOs as planned and close upon completion.
• Track materials and mitigate risks to maintain KPIs (OTD, WIP).
• Provide production analysis reports to support management decisions.
