Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in SCM, Operations, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in production planning, demand planning or supply chain coordination in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP, MRP systems, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication across departments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and scheduling principles.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts.
• Manage inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics to ensure workflow.
• Prepare demand forecasts from historical data and market trends.
• Monitor performance against schedules and address bottlenecks.
• Implement and maintain planning systems and tools.
• Collaborate to balance lead times, costs, and quality.
• Prepare regular planning performance reports and recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning operations.
