Job summary
GRAND VENTURE TECHNOLOGY (JOHOR) SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru is seeking a Production Planning and Material Control specialist to optimize capacity and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
You will work across teams to translate demand into actionable production plans and material requirements. You will analyze demand, develop material plans, and coordinate with procurement and production teams to align raw materials with forecasted sales.
Qualifications
- Analyze demand/forecast orders to determine capacity requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement to align raw materials with forecast.
- Experience in precision machining environment preferred.
- Knowledgeable with ERP software is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze demand/forecast order to determine capacity.
- Align production plan with raw materials for maximum efficiency.
- Release and ensure proper production plan scheduling to utilize machines.
- Analyze forecast changes from customers.
- Prepare weekly/periodic reports for management.
- Determine what/when/how much to order for raw materials.
- Develop material plan to meet customer demands.
- Develop and maintain material planning system.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and activities.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
