Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering, supply chain, procurement or related field.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, IFS, and procurement tools.
• Experience in material planning and purchasing for mass production/project buys; supports prototype materials in NPI phase.
• Familiar with ISO9001 quality system and ISO13485.
• Able to lead and support ISO audit activities for purchasing functions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project procurement timelines to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Coordinate with project teams to align resource and scheduling needs.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels and supplier performance using ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Generate reports and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize procurement processes.
