Fiamma Holdings Berhad, a leading name in consumer electronics, home appliances and healthcare products in Malaysia, is seeking a Product Marketing Executive to drive market research, lifecycle management and GTM initiatives. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technical teams to ensure successful launches and campaigns, using customer insights to shape product strategy.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Brand Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in home appliances or consumer electronics is a plus.
• Exposure to product launches, marketing campaigns, and lifecycle management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support product development initiatives with internal stakeholders.
• Manage products through lifecycle including launches, enhancements and discontinuation plans.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements based on market feedback.
• Conduct market research, competitor and consumer trend analyses to identify opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing GTM plans to support business objectives.
• Prepare training materials, sales presentations, product guides, and collateral for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technical teams to ensure successful launches and campaigns.
• Track market performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to inform recommendations.
• Coordinate product-related activities and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
