Job summary

CACEIS is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and enhance the corporate procurement function and related premises initiatives in Malaysia. This hybrid role focuses on governance, strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with a broader remit across facilities management, environmental initiatives, and OSH governance.

Qualifications

5–8 years of procurement or strategic sourcing in a multinational.
Proven experience leading end-to-end sourcing, supplier negotiations and contract management.
Knowledge of ESG and sustainable procurement practices.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing strategy to contract execution.
Develop procurement strategies optimizing cost, quality, service and risk.
Lead supplier onboarding, performance management and governance.
Support facilities management, workplace projects and business continuity.
Ensure OSH compliance in contractor selection and procurement specifications.
Influence stakeholders to strengthen procurement governance across the organisation.
Lead procurement planning, governance and performance management.
