3CMETAL ASIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing activities for project teams in Malaysia. You will review requirements, issue RFQs, gather supplier quotes, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Diploma or equivalent is required with at least 3 years of experience in procurement. Knowledge of local market and import/export procedures is advantageous for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma certificate or equivalent required.
• Experience in procurement and supplier management is preferred.
• Knowledge of local market and import/export procedures is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review requirements from project teams and float RFQs to suppliers.
• Gather prices from suppliers and submit them for project review.
• Negotiate best pricing and delivery terms for each project.
• Prepare purchase orders and submit for approval.
• Send purchase orders to suppliers and obtain acknowledgments.
• Follow up on Material Traceability Certificates where required.
• Coordinate with Logistics to arrange collection of materials.
• Establish relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Explore and source new suppliers and maintain supplier qualifications.
