Job summary

BizLink Technology (S.E.A) Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking a Procurement Executive to coordinate with internal stakeholders, identify procurement needs, and develop sourcing strategies.

You will research suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure compliant procurement. This role also handles purchase orders, inventory coordination with logistics, and data-driven efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Min 1-2 years of experience in procurement, material planning or supply chain management (fresh is acceptable).
• Industry experience in manufacturing of wire harnesses/cables, electronics, automotive or relevant sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Research and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, orders, and other procurement documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the logistics team to optimize stock management.
• Analyze procurement data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures.
