Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience in IT hardware, electronics or related.
• Experience in procurement, inventory management, and shipping documents.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures and Incoterms.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery terms.
• Issue purchase orders and track fulfillment.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and identify new sources.
• Conduct cost comparisons and drive cost savings.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and procedures.
• Track procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders and warehouses.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays.
• Manage inventory to support operational needs.
• Prepare shipping documents and customs paperwork.
• Collaborate with warehouse on stock movement and accuracy.
• Support demand planning and inventory forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
