Job summary

CCCC Malaysia is seeking a Procurement Executive to collect and analyze market intelligence, investigate and manage supplier resources across materials, equipment or logistics, and support supplier sourcing initiatives. The position also handles tender documents, contracts and sourcing agreements, RFQs, POs, and end-to-end procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Able to understand Mandarin in writing and reading will be an added advantage as may involve China documents.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse market intelligence based on product, investigating and managing supplier resources (materials, equipment or logistics).
• Support supplier sourcing initiatives and maintains supplier database.
• Prepare and manage tender documents, supplier contracts, and sourcing agreements.
• Assist in end-to-end procurement execution, product sourcing, cost negotiation and purchase tracking.
• Handle RFQs, procurement contracts, and Purchase Order processing.
• Coordinate contract execution and resolve issues in procurement or logistics workflows.
• Maintain accurate records and ledgers for material and procurement data.
• Oversee full logistics cycle, track shipments, coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory and optimize delivery timelines and costs.
• Assist with customs documentation, import duty processing, and shipment clearance.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
