Job summary

Hengyuan Refining Company Malaysia is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to drive end-to-end strategies for operational contracts. You will lead tendering, negotiation, and post-award activities while interfacing with CP teams and end users across the plant and parent company.

You will manage third-party relationships, develop market intelligence, and ensure adherence to CP policies and ERP processes. Prior experience in oil, gas, or large-scale manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of procurement experience in oil and gas or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of CP policies, RTP, and ERP-related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end procurement strategies to maximize value across contracts.
• Lead contracting strategies including tendering, negotiation, award, and post-award management.
• Interface with Contract & Procurement teams and end users at multiple levels.
• Manage supplier relationships and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop market-based category intelligence and category strategies.
• Mentor and train procurement staff on CP processes and governance.
