Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong planning, coordination and analytical skills.
• Good English communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts and inventory management.
• Experience in planning/inventory in semiconductor industry is beneficial.
• Negotiation skills are important; AI knowledge with Tableau/Python/SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify and prioritize product demand forecasts and allocations.
• Coordinate with Customer Logistics and Capacity Planning on bottlenecks.
• Drive supply chain performance and mitigate supply risks proactively.
• Develop ramp-up/down plans and manage readiness for changes.
• Interface between Operations, Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality and Engineering.
• Participate in projects on supply chain processes, tools and change management.
• Represent division specifics in projects and implement decisions.
