Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Planning & Forecast Analyst in Petaling Jaya to support the Planning & Forecasting Director. You will manage the in-market annual and monthly peak load planning, and produce monthly management reports to evaluate performance, while consolidating financial forecasting per corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or Finance; professional qualification desirable.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting in MNC.
• Post-qualification experience preferred.
• Mandarin language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Opex, A&P and cash flow forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasts.
• Prepare internal management reports (DRM, MPR, S&OP) for leadership.
• Coordinate with Market P&F Analysts to finalize plans/forecasts.
• Provide ad-hoc trend analysis for product types.
