Job summary

Haleon is looking for a Planning & Forecast Analyst to provide planning and forecasting support to the Planning & Forecasting Lead or in-market FD. You will manage the preparation of annual and monthly forecasts and create monthly management reports for the in-market FD to evaluate performance.

Responsibilities include preparing CMF/ABP, updating financial models, conducting variance analysis, and submitting forecasts into BISON.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics, or IT.
• 2–3 years of relevant planning/forecasting experience preferred.
• Experience in FMCG or FP&A is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecast (CMF) and annual plan (ABP).
• Prepare monthly P&L components: Sales, CoGs, A&P, OPEX, and Cash Flow.
• Maintain financial models for monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Perform variance analyses and provide P&L/BS commentary.
• Commentary on variances vs Actuals, ABP, LY, and forecasts.
• Submit CMF and ABP into BISON; own cost Flip process.
• Prepare internal management reports for executive leadership.
