Job summary

Maxis in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a strategic thinker to support the Enterprise Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP) across Marketing, Products, Sales and Operations. You will help align initiatives with the company-wide plan and track progress with stakeholders.

The role also involves project management for large-scale initiatives, preparing management materials for townhalls and external parties, and delivering performance updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Delivery planning across Enterprise areas (Marketing, Products, Sales, Operations).
• Synchronisation of Enterprise plans with company-wide targets.
• Drive and track strategic initiatives with core business teams.
• Prepare Board decks and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Manage business processes and decision forums ( monthly, quarterly ).
• Lead large-scale consulting/business projects impacting Enterprise.
• Produce analyses, reports and performance updates.
• Support development of strategic materials for internal/external audiences.
