Job summary

Maxis in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a strategic thinker to support the Enterprise Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP) across Marketing, Products, Sales and Operations. You will help align initiatives with the company-wide plan and track progress with stakeholders.

The role also involves project management for large-scale initiatives, preparing management materials for townhalls and external parties, and delivering performance updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Delivery planning across Enterprise areas (Marketing, Products, Sales, Operations).
• Synchronisation of Enterprise plans with company-wide targets.
• Drive and track strategic initiatives with core business teams.
• Prepare Board decks and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Manage business processes and decision forums ( monthly, quarterly ).
• Lead large-scale consulting/business projects impacting Enterprise.
• Produce analyses, reports and performance updates.
• Support development of strategic materials for internal/external audiences.

What are you accountable for?

• Support in ensuring delivery of the Enterprise Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP) plans across all key areas of Enterprise – Marketing, Products, Sales, Operations, etc.
• Support the development, synchronization and alignment of Enterprise areas against overall companywide plan & targets.
• Driving & tracking of key strategic/business initiatives – includes working with core business teams to achieve pre-set targets in divisional wide focus areas.
• Managing overall strategy alignment and delivery of the Board decks in collaboration with internal stakeholders across the Enterprise division.
• Effective management of business processes & decision arenas (I.e. Monthly Business Updates, Quarterly Review, 3+3 etc.).
• Project manage and joint-driver for large scale consulting / business projects impacting Enterprise wide division (i.e. with external parties).
• Analysis, reporting and performance updates.
• Support in development & preparation of strategic/management material – for management updates, internal parties (townhall, etc.), external parties, etc.
• Support in key divisional strategic initiatives with internal or external parties.
