Keysight Technologies in Penang, Malaysia, is looking for a procurement professional to oversee material sourcing, supplier management and daily purchasing activities. The role requires coordinating with R&D and production teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Fresh graduates with a can-do attitude are welcome. You will liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and contribute to inventory optimization and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or university degree or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates with a good attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Procure goods, materials, components or services meeting cost/quality/delivery targets.
• Support purchasing and other departments and flag supply issues.
• Interface between suppliers and internal teams on purchasing processes and projects.
• Manage inventory to ensure supply continuity and optimal levels.
• Conduct supplier quotations, contract negotiation, and material purchasing.
• Prepare reports and updates as required.
• Collaborate within procurement for continuous improvement and cost savings.
• Ensure PO delivery and data accuracy, coordinating with AP for closure.
