Sunwaypyramid in Malaysia seeks a Senior Manager – Marketing & Special Projects to drive strategic marketing initiatives, manage integrated campaigns, and oversee major mall projects at Sunway Malls Kuala Lumpur. You will lead planning, execution, and measurement of programs to boost footfall, sales, engagement, and brand equity, while guiding cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in leading large campaigns, partnerships, and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to drive shopper traffic and tenant sales.
• Lead special projects, partnerships, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage budgets, ROI measurement, and performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Operations, Digital, Finance, and Centre Management teams.
• Champion customer experience and loyalty initiatives.
