Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Procurement Executive to oversee machinery, raw materials, and operating supplies to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

You will source, evaluate, and procure items in line with quality and budget standards; issue POs, track fulfillment, reconcile orders and invoices; negotiate terms with local and international suppliers; collaborate with production, engineering, and finance to resolve lead-time and specification issues.

Formación

• Minimum three to five years of procurement, sourcing, or purchasing experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Practical background in sourcing production equipment, raw materials, components, and general operating supplies.
• Applied experience in supplier evaluation, contract administration, and commercial negotiation.
• Working knowledge of procurement workflows, inventory controls, and enterprise data spreadsheets.
• Tertiary qualification in procurement, business administration, engineering, or a matching field.
• Mandarin will be a plus !

Responsabilidades

• Source, evaluate, and procure machinery, raw materials, and operating supplies in line with quality and budget standards.
• Issue purchase orders accurately and track supplier fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
• Reconcile purchase orders, delivery documentation, and invoices to maintain procurement record integrity.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements with local and international supply partners.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and finance teams to resolve material specification and lead-time requirements.
