Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a strategic Supply Chain Analyst to manage end-to-end LT B processes ensuring continuity for end-of-life components. You will mitigate obsolescence risks and support long-term product sustainability through proactive planning and cross-functional execution.

The role involves collaborating with R&D, procurement, finance, and operations, leading data-driven decisions, and driving supply chain excellence in a dynamic environment. Prior EPLP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in relevant fields; strong foundation in supply chain.
• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, engineering, or PLM.
• Strong business sense on supply chain planning and inventory systems.
• Good judgement with decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership to guide small teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical, negotiation, and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in ERP and data-analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Python, SQL is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement LT B strategies aligned to product lifecycle and continuity plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and product teams to identify obsolescence risks.
• Forecast long-term component demand and determine optimal buy quantities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute LT B plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to manage LT B inventory.
• Drive procurement initiatives to support KPI achievement.
• Utilize data analytics to identify issues and suggest improvements.
• Lead and resolve supply chain challenges and support transformation.
• Engage in supplier negotiations and contract reviews when needed.
