Job summary

WARISAN KAYANA GROUP SDN BHD seeks an experienced Project Executive to support land management and project development. The role requires proactive coordination across landowners, surveyors, lawyers and contractors to ensure timely progress.

You will identify land opportunities, assess values, analyze risks and manage the purchase process, while keeping management updated on schedules and compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in land management, real estate development or project management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential land through market research and relationships with landowners
• Assess land value and provide ROI/purchase recommendations
• Conduct risk analysis prior to the purchase
• Manage the land purchase process with landowners and lawyers
• Coordinate with lawyers to finalize documents and agreements
• Oversee land measurement with the Registered Surveyor
• Manage contractors for site clearing before Sales & Marketing begins
• Oversee subdivision with the Surveyor and Land Office
• Provide subdivision timelines and updates to management
