Job summary

Vinda SEA in Malaysia is seeking a passionate Key Account Executive to drive sales with Modern Trade partners across Batu Gajah and surrounding areas. You will implement the sales plan, promote products, and secure listings while building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Sales & Marketing in FMCG, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proven negotiation and presentation skills. This role offers career growth in a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

At least 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing in the Modern Trade channel.
Minimum 2 years FMCG industry exposure.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
Strong knowledge of Modern Trade channels.
Excellent selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Visit existing customers and prospects per route plan and outlet procedures.
Respond to customer inquiries and execute promotional plans.
Drive product listings and in-store promotions; develop selling stories.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Ensure merchandising standards and planograms are followed.
Manage collections and aging for assigned accounts.
Develop product and market knowledge through customer feedback and competitor activity.
