Job summary

Stickon Sdn. Bhd, located in Klang, Selangor, is seeking an Inventory & Operations Manager to oversee inventory control, order fulfilment, and daily workflows across departments in our online label converting business.

You will manage stock accuracy, coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics to meet delivery timelines, and ensure SOP compliance while leading warehouse staff and generating reports for management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in logistics, operations management, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory, operations or warehouse management.
• Familiarity with AutoCount or similar inventory/accounting systems; SQL exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; ensure stock accuracy and proper labeling.
• Manage order fulfilment, production scheduling, packing and dispatch; coordinate with production, customer service, and logistics to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain records in inventory and accounting systems; improve workflows and documentation for deliveries, returns and adjustments.
