Job summary

You will develop content, manage channels, engage employees, and collaborate with site leadership to align communications with business goals, KPIs, and corporate branding. The role also requires coordinating events and governance of intranet platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate/Internal Communications or related areas.
• Experience in a B2B semiconductor manufacturing/high-tech environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong proofreading/editing.
• Ability to develop compelling materials across multiple formats and channels.
• Knowledge of digital communication tools, platforms, and analytics.
• Experience with creating visual, multimedia content (videos, graphics, newsletters, presentations).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Kulim site Internal Communications Plan aligned with goals and priorities.
• Support initiatives that contribute to site KPIs and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with site leadership to craft clear, impactful messages for employees and stakeholders.
• Plan, deliver, and measure internal communications across channels.
• Create engaging content for internal campaigns, newsletters, announcements, speeches, and leadership communications.
• Coordinate programs such as All Hands Meetings, newsletters, and town halls.
• Contribute to the company e-magazine with site achievements and highlights.
• Manage internal channels (intranet, screens, email broadcasts, posters).
• Maintain intranet content and collaborate with IT on the Info Screen and web portal.
