SEA Gamer Mall Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Head of Information Security & IT Operations to oversee our information security program and corporate IT functions. You will lead security policy development, risk management, incident response, and a secure operating environment across devices, networks, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of information security or IT security experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, risk management and operations.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, access controls and security logging.
• Hands-on experience in endpoint security, identity management and incident response.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF and relevant standards.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and maintain company-wide information security policies, procedures and standards.
• Identify, assess and address security risks across systems and processes.
• Conduct regular security reviews and coordinate with departments to address risks.
• Establish security controls and maintain security risk register.
• Oversee security of employee devices, Google Workspace and business apps; enforce access policies and MFA.
• Lead IT Support, manage hardware, software, networks, firewalls and connectivity.
• Improve security monitoring, incident reporting and response processes.
• Coordinate security assessments, vulnerability reviews and pen testing as needed.
• Ensure regulatory and data protection compliance and continuous security improvements.
