Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in an MNC or international environment.
• Experience in MNCs and understanding of diverse business environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Workforce Planning: partner with leadership to forecast talent needs, structure workforce plans, and align organization design with business objectives.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: liaise with CoE TA team to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent, implement onboarding programs, and ensure embedding into culture.
• Performance & Talent Management: liaise with CoE TD team to establish and monitor performance management systems, succession planning, and career development programs.
• Compensation & Benefits: liaise with CoE TR team to ensure competitive remuneration frameworks aligned with policy, benchmarks, and internal equity to drive motivation and retention.
• Learning & Development: champion capability-building initiatives through continuous learning, leadership training, and organizational development programs.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: maintain positive industrial relations through union collaboration, open communication, and grievance handling.
• Compliance & Policy Management: ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal standards; lead policy updates.
• Culture, Communication & CSR: reinforce values and culture through internal communications and CSR initiatives that enhance brand and pride.
• HR Data & Governance: oversee HR data management, analytics, and reporting for informed decisions.
• Leadership & Advisory Role: act as strategic advisor to MD and Management Committee on people strategy and organizational transformation.
