Job summary

Eurofins Mechem is seeking an HR Manager to drive human resource initiatives with energy and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations and talent development while partnering with management to shape competitive HR strategies and ensure high engagement across the organisation.

In this role, you'll implement learning programs, manage policies, and liaise with local authorities to maintain regulatory compliance, contributing to Eurofins'

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in full spectrum of human resources.
• Familiarity with HR functions and execution.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Strong people orientation and ability to work independently.
• Energetic, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, manpower planning, compensation & benefits.
• Oversee employee relations, training and development.
• Advise on employment laws and HR best practices.
• Handle payroll processing monthly and approve claims.
• Develop HR strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Plan manpower and remuneration to meet business needs.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Liaise with government authorities on compliance.
