Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or professional certifications (e.g. CFA) is a plus.
• At least 10-12 years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, or corporate development finance, with a track record of managing complex restructuring or M&A work.
• Experience working with board members and senior leadership (C-suite) and advising on strategy and financial matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Restructuring & Business Turnaround initiatives to improve efficiency and shareholder value.
• Drive New Business Development & Strategic Planning, including 5-year plans and budgets.
• Manage M&A & Strategic Partnerships from opportunity to integration and governance.
• Oversee Performance Management & Governance, including board reporting and KPI tracking.
• Guide Budget and 5Y Planning processes and translate strategy into financial targets.
