Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a strategic Investment & Analysis lead to drive feasibility studies, target valuations, and robust financial modeling aligned with Group strategy.

You will manage end-to-end deal processes, lead negotiations, coordinate due diligence, and present investment proposals to the Board, ensuring post–transaction alignment with corporate objectives.

Experience in deal structuring, stakeholder management, and post-merger integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and build robust financial models (DCF, scenario analysis) aligned with Group strategy.
• Lead transaction structuring and manage due diligence (financial, legal, tax, operational).
• Draft core deal documentation, including term sheets, LOIs, and shareholder agreements.
• Drive negotiations with counterparties and external advisors, and present proposals to Board and senior management.
• Track integration progress and monitor post-investment performance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
