Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 8 years of proven experience across IT domains including architecture, infrastructure, and cloud development.
• Experience with Java/Kotlin, Spring, microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, and distributed caching concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance software systems for high performance and throughput.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose best-fit solutions for enterprise needs.
• Describe system structures to stakeholders and align requirements across teams.
• Improve processes, frameworks, and prototypes for development teams.
• Lead and mentor technical staff, guiding problem solving and delivery.
• Define features, phases, costs, and budgets for product development.
• Manage deadlines and resources, making critical decisions under pressure.
