Job summary

Strato Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a GIS Architect to design, develop, and enhance a scalable GIS system architecture that ensures efficient data flow and connectivity across the GIS ecosystem.

The role requires hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise components and enterprise databases, with a track record of delivering end-to-end GIS architectures for clients in Oil & Gas, energy, and public sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum three (3) years' cumulative experience designing and implementing GIS systems.
• Minimum two (2) years' hands-on experience designing or deploying ArcGIS Enterprise components (Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Data Store) or equivalent enterprise GIS platform.
• Minimum two (2) years' hands-on experience with spatial or enterprise databases (SDE / Geodatabase, MSSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
• Minimum one (1) evidenced end-to-end GIS system architecture designed and delivered by the candidate, stating the project, client, architecture scope, technologies selected, and period

Responsibilities

• Design and improve the overall GIS system architecture to ensure efficient connectivity, communication, and data flow across the GIS ecosystem.
• Optimize GIS server and storage performance to support business operations.
• Plan architectural enhancements aligned with the enterprise and digital roadmap.
