Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Production Management experience.
• In-depth understanding of Games and Art Production Pipeline.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Experience in managing multiple teams.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA and ShotGrid; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects from establishment to delivery with clear requirements and communication.
• Allocate resources to optimize production and support team growth.
• Implement documentation, tools, and processes for knowledge management and collaboration.
• Enforce project compliance standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and leads to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Collect, analyze, and use data to advise project decisions.
