Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a finance analyst to analyze financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide actionable insights from financial reports. You will assist the Finance Manager with monthly, quarterly and annual closes and ensure compliance across statutory, accounting, tax, and legal requirements.

You will collaborate with the FSSC, auditors, tax agents and bankers, driving efficiency in SG&A spending and tracking cost center expenses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
3–5 years’ relevant experience as an analyst, with exposure to audits preferred.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Analyse financial data, supporting budgeting, forecasting process and providing actionable insights from reports.
Support Finance Manager in monthly, quarterly and annual close and reporting per calendar.
Collaborate with FSSC and liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and corporate secretary to ensure full compliance.
Drive SG&A efficiency and track cost center expenses while aiding business plan development.
Provide FP&A insights to improve division performance and streamline finance processes.
