Job summary

ConvaTec Inc. is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves delivering financial planning processes to support operational and strategic goals, developing insights into performance gaps, and providing analytical support.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of FP&A experience, proficiency in financial modelling, and knowledge of tools like Power BI and ERP systems. Competitive remuneration and flexible working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 to 8 years of FP&A and/or controlling experience, including financial modelling.
• Previous planning, reporting and analysis experience in FP&A, controlling or accounting positions.
• Previous Shared Service Centre experience or multinational company environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a financial planning process that meets stakeholder requirements.
• Develop insight into performance gaps through balanced-scorecard reporting.
• Provide proactive analytical support to FBPs and the business as required.
