Job summary

Harrisons Sabah Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Manager/Executive in the Business Development Department to lead strategic planning, market intelligence, and expansion efforts across domestic and export markets. You will drive new product development, support marketing campaigns, and oversee sales operations, ensuring alignment with brand directives and robust supplier and distributor networks.

The role requires strong communication, travel flexibility, and independent drive to build partnerships

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Experience in distributor development will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship network in EM market will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel frequently internationally and locally.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Formulate annual sales and business development plans, set targets and budgets, monitor KPIs.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, pricing, competitors, and local regulations to identify gaps.
• Networking & Expansion: Build networks with clients, partners, authorities and OEMs for market growth.
• Product Development Management: Oversee new SKUs, procurement, logistics, and quality control.
• Marketing Support: Support exhibitions, campaigns and trade promotions to strengthen product positioning.
• Sales Operations & Leadership: Implement SOPs, coordinate between distributors and manufacturers, coach sales teams.
