Job summary

DKSH seeks a Manager, Finance Business Partnering (TEC) to lead management reporting, monthly P&L analysis, and budgeting for the Technology business unit in Malaysia. You will act as the financial partner to operations, delivering insights to drive performance and informed decision-making.

You will oversee budgets, cost controls, and customer profitability, supervise a team, and push continuous improvement using SAP, Power BI, Lighthouse, Exceedra and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a similar finance role with budgeting and reporting experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting.
• Hands-on SAP, Power BI, and data-driven performance analysis experience.
• ACCA/CPA or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management reporting for the TEC unit, including monthly P&L and gap analysis.
• Supervise departmental operating budgets and cost controls.
• Support development of financial and operating budgets and performance reviews.
• Lead client and customer profitability analysis and key investments assessments.
• Challenge country BU on key financial items to drive accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial controlling and reporting processes.
