Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, cost accounting, or analytics.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (accruals, provisions, prepayments).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly cost reporting and variance analysis.
• Manage cost accounting activities ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyze cost drivers and improve optimization opportunities.
• Engage with stakeholders for cost queries and reporting.
• Prepare monthly reports to communicate cost performance.
• Guide junior team members in cost reporting activities.
