Job summary

EPF Malaysia is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Enterprise to provide strategic leadership for end-to-end enterprise digital programmes, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while aligning with business goals.

You will lead and develop project managers, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, drive governance, risk management, budgeting, and reporting to sponsors.

A Bachelor’s in IT/Engineering and 13–16 years’ experience with PMP/PRINCE2 or similar is expected.

Qualifications

• Passed Malay Language (SPM)
• 13–16 years relevant work experience
• IT/Digital Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end delivery ownership, ensuring programmes and projects achieve scope, milestones, budget, quality and benefits.
• Translate strategy into execution with clear delivery plans, roadmaps, workstreams, defined deliverables and measurable outcomes.
• Delivery management across interdependent initiatives, with robust planning, scheduling, dependency management, change control, and risk resolution.
