Job summary

You will lead the architecture practice, align IT initiatives with business goals, and drive enterprise-wide roadmaps and governance across technology domains including data, security, CRM, ERP, and finance systems.

You will manage architecture policies, stakeholder relations, and capability development while motivating teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within dynamic schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Certification in Enterprise architecture such as IASA CITA-P or IASA CITA-D is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading and managing an architecture practice and managerial people management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee enterprise-wide architecture and roadmaps.
• Lead Architecture Review Board to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Develop and govern architecture and digital technology policies; manage risks and tech debt.
• Drive knowledge management and professional development within the architecture team.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and facilitate decision-making processes.
