RHB Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced Enterprise Architecture Specialist to shape and govern technology solutions across the organization. You will partner with technology squads, project teams and stakeholders to ensure designs meet architecture standards, security, resiliency and regulatory expectations.

You will influence strategic technology decisions, drive governance, and contribute to modernization initiatives while delivering scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business

Formación

• Degree in computer science, IT or engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in enterprise or solution architecture leadership.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance and enterprise standards.
• Experience reviewing application, cloud, infrastructure and security architectures.
• Knowledge of technology risk, regulatory requirements and IT governance practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS or Azure are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review designs to ensure alignment with architecture standards, security and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with technology teams to deliver scalable, practical solutions for business goals.
• Develop and govern architecture standards, principles, and reference architectures.
• Support architecture reviews, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
• Advise on non-functional requirements like security, performance, availability, and resilience.
• Translate business needs into technology roadmaps with regional stakeholders.
• Maintain architecture documentation and drive modernization initiatives.
