Job summary

Sinma Digital Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Key Accounts Executive/Manager to lead our online merchant relationships and drive revenue growth. Based on-site in Elmina, you will develop sales strategies for Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, monitor performance, coordinate with supply chain, analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns and promotions.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in eCommerce, strong Excel skills, and a proactive mindset

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
• Strong proficiency in e-Commerce platform operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), campaign management, and online sales strategies.
• Analytical skills for monitoring sales performance and developing data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and relevant software for managing operations and data.
