Quintus Search seeks a Senior Demand Planning and Customer Service Leader to drive forecast accuracy and order management excellence. You will lead a team to deliver robust S&OP processes, optimize delivery performance, and build innovative service solutions in a multinational steel solutions environment.

The role requires a degree in Business Administration and at least 8 years of experience across Demand Planning, Customer Service, or Supply Chain, with 5+ years in management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in Demand Planning, Customer Service or Supply Chain.
• At least 5 years in a managerial position.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
• Lead monthly and weekly S&OP processes.
• Monitor changes in sales forecasts, budgets and strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand planning.
• Develop and manage order management systems and processes.
• Drive delivery and lead time performance.
• Develop and implement a robust inventory model.
• Lead and develop Customer Service capabilities and processes.
• Drive innovation in customer service systems and operations.
• Conduct regular customer visits to deepen market understanding.
