Role Summary

You will lead the team in delivering demand planning accuracy and Customer Service Excellence in order fulfilment, creating value that enhances the customer experience and strengthens our competitive advantage.

What You'll Do

Demand Planning

• Lead and develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
• Lead robust monthly and weekly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Apply demand planning methodology and trend/variance root cause analysis.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand planning.

Customer Service

• Develop and manage an efficient and effective order management system and process.
• Drive delivery performance and lead time performance.
• Develop and execute a robust inventory model.
• Reinforce best practices and drive continuous improvement in customer demand, order management and overall customer satisfaction.
• Drive innovation in customer service systems, processes and operations.
• Conduct regular customer visits to deepen market and customer understanding and shape innovative service solutions.
• Ensure the Customer Service team's order accuracy to reduce customer complaints.
• Provide leadership and continue to develop the team's capability and competency.

What you will need to succeed

• Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years' experience in Demand Planning, Customer Service or Supply Chain, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Customer-focused, with experience leading a team of diverse knowledge and experience.
