Responsabilidades

• Take ownership for successful delivery of mid-sized local or regional projects or workstreams within larger programmes.
• Define and implement effective project management methodologies, processes, and governance structures.
• Apply delivery approaches to ensure projects are initiated, planned, executed, monitored, controlled and closed per Zurich standards.
• Develop detailed project plans with tasks, timelines, milestones, dependencies and resources.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and manage expectations across the project lifecycle.
• Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risks to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks and issues and escalate when needed.
• Track and report project performance to enable informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive project success.
• Share lessons learned and drive delivery excellence across the organization.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior project managers.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Take full ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of medium-sized local or regional projects, as well as workstreams, sub-projects, or phases within larger strategic programmes.
• Define and implement the most effective project management methodologies, processes, and governance structures to achieve project objectives and business outcomes.
• Apply and adapt various delivery approaches, ensuring projects are initiated, planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed in accordance with Zurich’s project management frameworks, standards, and policies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed task-level activities, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements, aligned to approved business cases and stakeholder expectations.
• Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, effective expectation management, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and balance key project constraints, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks, to successfully deliver agreed products, services, or business outcomes.
• Proactively identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate and driving timely resolution.
• Track and report project performance, progress, and key deliverables, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making among stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business units, and external partners to drive project success and organizational objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned, best practices, and delivery excellence across the project management community.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to junior project managers and project team members to strengthen project delivery capabilities across the organization.
