Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Data Analytics, BI, Reporting, or Data Platform projects.
• Strong project management, Agile/Scrum, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technical domains.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex topics into structured plans.
• Good understanding of BI, reporting, data warehousing, and analytics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data Analytics, BI, Reporting, and Data Platform projects.
• Lead project activities from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, user adoption, and production deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technical domains to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, architects, BI developers, and product teams to align objectives and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, scope, and overall delivery milestones.
• Facilitate discussions and drive alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Apply Agile/Scrum project management practices to support planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Drive user adoption and business value realization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, key decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership of outcomes.
