Job summary

HP is seeking a Customer Finance Partner in Malaysia to lead financial governance for contract customers, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, billing, accruals, and margin performance. You will partner with ABMs, CDMs, Market Finance, Legal and Operations to resolve complex contractual issues across regions.

The role requires a strong background in accounting, finance, and commercial finance, with leadership experience and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for complex financial issues.
Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and levels.
Demonstrated leadership including project leadership and team development.
Relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, Revenue Management or Contract Finance.

Responsibilities

Lead financial governance and provide commercial finance support for contractual customers.
Collaborate with ABMs, CDMs, Market Finance, Legal and Operations to resolve issues.
Drive revenue recovery and margin improvements through reviews and remediation.
Provide financial leadership for high-value accounts including forecasting and reporting.
Lead root cause analyses for revenue leakage, billing disputes, and balance sheet risk.
Support month-end/quarter-end close activities and internal controls.
Identify automation opportunities using Power BI, SAP, and Power Platform.
