Job summary

YC Capital Group of Companies is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to lead budgeting, financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across our F&B outlets. You will work with the CFO and senior management to provide financial insights, strengthen controls, and support growth.

The role requires 5–8 years in corporate finance, FP&A, and strong Excel and analytical skills. This position offers an opportunity to influence multi-outlet operations and drive profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, MIA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial planning, management reporting, or related areas.
• Experience in the F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-outlet business environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
• Prepare financial models, business plans, and financial projections to support business decisions.
• Monitor the company's financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and business targets.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the CFO and management.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis, and performance dashboards.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins, cash flow, and key financial indicators.
• Identify financial trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to support business and operational decision-making.
• Strengthen financial policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Ensure financial activities are conducted in accordance with company policies.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax advisors, investors, and external stakeholders.
• Undertake ad-hoc financial analysis and projects assigned by the CFO.
• Monitor financial performance across outlets and business units.
• Analyse outlet-level profitability, food cost, labour cost, operating expenses, and other key F&B metrics.
• Support management in identifying cost optimisation and profitability improvement opportunities.
• Work with Operations and other departments to improve financial performance.
• Support CFO in corporate finance initiatives, financial projects, and strategic planning.
