Job summary

Pinpoint Asia invites an experienced professional for the Executive - Procurement (Contract Management) role in Kuala Lumpur on a 1-year contract. You will own the full contract lifecycle from readiness to publication, collaborating with legal, finance, and business stakeholders across markets.

Expect hands-on work with Coupa and Adobe eSign, plus RFx, PR, PO, and vendor management in a global shared services setting. Hybrid work arrangement applies; monthly salary up to RM4,500.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or contract management.
• 3–5 years' contract administration, procurement, or sourcing experience.
• Hands-on with Coupa and Adobe eSign.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong ownership mentality and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract administration from readiness to execution.
• Support full-cycle sourcing activities including RFx.
• Coordinate Adobe eSign transactions and signer setup.
• Review contracts for completeness before upload.
• Publish contracts in Coupa and maintain records.
• Support amendments, renewals, and admin updates.
• Provide operational support across PR, PO, and vendor management.
• Maintain trackers for requests, signatures, and publication status.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
